I started this sketch last night for a piece in my world of stories. We are supposed to illustrate a story about a fellow classmate. I chose this story, I thought it was funny and in my head I thought it could look like a children's book.

I'll be finished with it by the weekend!

For Thiel's class our new assignment is an open assignment and he thinks I do my illustrations really fast so I'm supposed to do like three or four so I decided to do some fashion illustrations. I'm going to do fashion through the decades and dedicate an illustration to the 20s, 30s, 50s, and 60s.  I left out forties 'cause eh, not much happened (in my opinion).. But this is my current version of the 50's illo.

I need to clean up some of the lines and I'll be done!

Here's my sketch for the 20's gal.

La musica

Here's another look at my La Musica posters. This is pre-text, but I'm finished the text on both posters today!

Here's another update on the la musica poster!
Not finished yet though!

Here's a little preview of what I'm working on for the La Musica poster. I'm sorry the quality is so bad, the original file is too big to upload so this is a crappy snapshot of it. It's much brighter in the original file!

Here is the beginning of an illustration for this gentleman's book of poetry. It might be published soon. The poem is about this man's wife who is dieing and she is looking at her garden and running her fingers across her sofa. I wanted to draw her laying down (almost like she's in already in the ground) and I wanted you could soon the garden through the sofa.
